LONST TECH - Design STUDIO -（以下「当社」）は、以下のとおり個人情報保護方針を定め、個人情報保護の仕組みを構築し、全従業員に個人情報保護の重要性の認識と取 り組みを徹底させることにより、個人情報の保護を推進致します。

② 上記にかかわらず、当社が第三者から個人情報の提供を受ける際に、当該個人情報の利用目的について別途定めがある場合は、その定めに従い当該個人情報を利用します。また当社は、以下の場合には、上記の目的の範囲を超えた場合であっても、本人の同意を得ずに、個人情報を使用する場合があります。

• (2) 人の生命、身体、または財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難な場合
• (3) 公衆衛生の向上または児童の健全な育成の推進のために、特に必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難な場合
• (4) 国の機関もしくは地方公共団体またはその委託を受けた者が、法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることにより、当該事務の遂行に支障をおよぼすおそれがあるとき

3. 委託先の監督

当社が個人情報を利用するにあたっては、正当な利用目的の範囲内で第三者に個人情報を委託することがあります。当該委託先に対しては、当社と同様の水準で個人情報を厳重に管理することを義務付けるとともに、必要かつ適切な監督を行ないます。また当該委託先とは個人情報の守秘義務の管理、監督を含む契約を結ぶことにより個人情報の安全管理を遵守して利用いたします。
